Introduction
I offer online psychotherapy and coaching for individuals seeking a grounded, professional space to explore emotional, relational and embodied experience. Sessions may be reflective, exploratory or more focused and directive, depending on what feels most helpful at the time.
People come to therapy and coaching for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, overwhelm or a difficult period of change. Others are curious, reflective, or wanting support to better understand themselves, their patterns, or their direction in life. Not every client comes wanting things to change — sometimes the work is about understanding, stabilising or making sense of what already is.
My approach is holistic and integrative, meaning we consider the whole person rather than focusing on one aspect in isolation. This may include thoughts and emotions, bodily sensations and nervous system responses, relationships, identity, values and lived experience.
My approach is holistic and integrative.
How I Work
My work is grounded in integrative psychotherapy and shaped by a range of psychological approaches rather than a single model. Sessions are held within a consistent therapeutic relationship and guided by professional training, clinical experience and intuition.
At times, the work may involve gentle reflection and exploration. At other times, it may be more focused or directive, particularly where this feels supportive or containing. I pay attention to what is emerging in the moment, while also offering guidance where something feels important to explore.
Where appropriate and agreed, elements of coaching or solution-focused work may be introduced.
What Clients Often Come to Explore
Clients often come to psychotherapy and coaching to explore:
Anxiety, overwhelm or persistent worry
Low self-esteem, self-criticism or lack of confidence
Relationship difficulties, dating experiences, or recurring patterns in connection
Feelings of loneliness, uncertainty or low mood around relationships or being single
Disordered eating or complex relationships with food
Trauma, loss or unresolved past experiences
Life transitions, identity questions or periods of change
These are just examples. I work with a wide range of experiences, and sessions are shaped around what feels present and relevant for you.
Working Together
I offer a free initial phone consultation (15–20 minutes). This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy or coaching, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this conversation.
